LGBTQIA+ Affirming Therapy for Adults
Being queer, trans, non-binary, ace, or anywhere on the LGBTQIA+ spectrum can be joyful, expansive, messy, complex, and exhausting. You might be navigating identity, family, community, relationships, trauma, neurodivergence, or just the daily mental gymnastics of living in a world that doesn’t always make space for you.
And maybe you’re tired of having to explain what being queer means or feeling like you have to censor parts of yourself in therapy.
My style is collaborative and relaxed. I use evidence-based approaches filtered through a queer, feminist, and neurodiversity-affirming lens. That means we’ll focus on what actually helps, not what’s “supposed to” help.
Here, you don’t have to justify your identity, explain your pronouns, or make your relationships legible to someone else. You get to show up as your full self: shifting, contradictory, evolving, uncertain, loud, quiet, grieving, celebrating.
Therapy is your space. Not your performance.
